Abstract

¿¬±¸¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸´Â Á¾ÇÕº´¿ø °£È£»çÀÇ ¼Ò¸íÀǽİú °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°üÀÇ °ü°è¿¡¼­ ÀÚ±âÈ¿´É°¨ÀÇ ¸Å°³È¿°ú¸¦ È®ÀÎÇϱâ À§ÇØ ½ÃµµÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¿¬±¸¹æ¹ý: Á¾ÇÕº´¿ø¿¡ ±Ù¹«ÇÏ´Â °£È£»ç 119¸í¿¡°Ô ¼³¹®Áö·Î ÀÚ·á¼öÁýÀ» ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÚ·á¼öÁýÀº 2018³â 3¿ù¿¡ ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÚ·áºÐ¼®Àº SPSSÅë°è ÇÁ·Î±×·¥(Win 22.0)À» ÀÌ¿ë¿´´Ù.

¿¬±¸°á°ú: Á¾ÇÕº´¿ø °£È£»çÀÇ °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°ü¿¡ ¿µÇâ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿äÀÎÀº ÀÚ±âÈ¿´É°¨(¥â=.61)°ú º´µ¿±Ù¹« °æ·Â(¥â=-.21)À̾úÀ¸¸ç, µÎ º¯¼öÀÇ °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°ü¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ¼³¸í·ÂÀº 42%¿´´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ, ¼Ò¸íÀǽİú °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°ü °£¿¡ ÀÚ±âÈ¿´É°¨ÀÌ ¿ÏÀü¸Å°³È¿°ú¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³Â´Ù.

°á·Ð: Á¾ÇÕº´¿ø °£È£»çÀÇ ¼Ò¸íÀǽİú ÀÚ±âÈ¿´É°¨Àº °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°ü¿¡ Áß¿äÇÑ ¿µÇâ¿äÀÎÀ̾ú´Ù.

Purpose: This study was done to identify the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationships between calling andnursing professionalism for nurses in general hospitals.

Methods: Participants were 119 nurses in general hospitals.
A survey was used and data were collected in April 2018. Data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS/WIN 22.0 program.

Results: The significant predictors for the nursing professionalism of nurses were self-efficacy (¥â=.61) and clinicalcareer in current hospital (¥â=-.21). These variables explained 42% of the variance in nursing professionalism of nurses.
Also, self-efficacy had a total mediating effect on the relationship between calling and nursing professionalism.

Conclusion: Findings indicate that calling and self-efficacy are important factors for nursing professionalism of nursesin general hospitals.
